    We acquire off-market properties through foreclosures, government auctions, tax liens, and small investment companies.

  • Are there any back taxes or liens associated with your properties?

    All our properties are sold free of liens and encumbrances, and we guarantee that the taxes are up to date.

  • I have some concerns about zoning requirements. Can you help?

  • Can I visit a property in person before I make a purchase?

  • How soon can I begin using my property?

    As soon as your purchase agreement is executed, the property is yours! You can begin to use it regardless of whether you have paid in full or started a payment plan. However, please note that payments must stay current and up to date, while all laws set forth by the county must also be followed.

  • When and how do I get the deed for my property?

    Once you have completed all payments for the property, we will transfer the property deed to you and send it to the county for recording within 60 days. After recording, the county will send you the original deed in your name to make it official.

  • Does Community Lands perform any credit checks?

    We do not perform credit checks, as we find it an unnecessary step for our buyers wishing to become landowners

  • How do I purchase a property? Is the process fully online?

  • Can I pay the purchase price of my property of choice in full, and / or in cash?

    Yes you can! If you would like to arrange a cash payment, please reach out to our team at info@communitylands.com

  • Does Community Lands offer payment plans?

    Yes we do - If an up front payment is not possible for you, we offer monthly installment plans to lighten the burden and make land ownership more accessible to our customers, regardless of financial situation.

  • What is your refund or cancellation policy?
